1 Definitions & Scope

The following terms are used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The vd44 website and all its related services and applications.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on the vd44 platform or uses its services.
• "Services" — All online gaming, sports betting, casino games, and related features provided by vd44.
• "Funds" — The amount of money deposited in a user's account.

These Terms apply to all services on the vd44 platform. Separate supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions or individual games; in such cases, those supplementary terms must be read together with these general Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended and deposited funds forfeited.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms. If any of your details change, please notify vd44 support immediately.

3 Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Please do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure safe and transparent services, vd44 may request identity verification from users at any time. This may require a national identity card or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposit Limits

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Normal processing time after a request is successfully received is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is pending.

Fund Security

Funds deposited by users are kept separate from the platform's own operational funds. vd44 reserves the right to conduct an investigation in the case of any irregular transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

vd44 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳47,000

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• vd44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at vd44's discretion.

6 Gaming Rules

The vd44 platform offers various categories of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. The rules and mechanics specific to each game are displayed in the game interface.

Fair Play Policy

vd44 is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and transparent. Game results are not predetermined and cannot be manipulated externally.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed in a game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits set for each game must be respected.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a connection issue, the outcome of that game will be determined according to the server log.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Markets are displayed as general examples; vd44 reserves the right to close the market for any event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, settlement will follow the applicable betting rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd44 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse)
• Collusion or coordination with other players
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Using automated bots or scripts to operate games
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users

8 Technical Errors & Dispute Resolution

Technical Errors

vd44 reserves the right to cancel or correct any abnormal game results or transactions caused by system errors, software bugs, or communication disruptions. Winnings resulting from such errors are not required to be paid out.

Raising a Dispute

If you have an objection regarding any game result or transaction, you must notify our support team in writing within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints filed after the specified period may not be accepted.

Resolution Process

• Acknowledgment of the complaint will be provided by the support team.
• A decision will be made after reviewing the relevant logs and data.
• vd44's decision will be considered final and binding.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

vd44 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by errors in third-party software or payment gateways
• Losses arising from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

In any circumstance, vd44's total liability is limited to the amount of funds in the user's account at the relevant time.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

vd44's Rights

vd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify identity
• Legal or regulatory directives

User rights

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. All withdrawable funds will be returned before the account is closed, except for unclaimed bonuses and forfeitable amounts.
